Aveon, Inc. is run by a team of professionals with a passion for home technology and customer service. We believe that "figuring out" what is real and practical today has gotten too complex, after all home automation is supposed to simplify our lives. 		Dick Rozic, Co-Founder Dick founded the company with Robert and leads the strategic business development and day-to-day operations for Aveon. He is a native Texan and Rice grad with over 20 years of experience in high-tech and software industries. Dick is a seasoned business executive who has worked with Fortune 500 customers for most of his career. He brings a new level of  professional business practice and project management discipline to an industry not known for excellence. Dick's passion and experience as a technology entrepreneur also inspires our company culture and the reputation we earn with our clients.
		Robert Topping, Co-Founder Robert founded Aveon with Dick and is our chief technology and solution architect. He is a native Texan with over 20 years of experience designing, building, installing and supporting complex information technology systems. His expertise with enterprise software development and project management ensures that we set good expectations and always deliver on the solutions we recommend for our clients. Robert's passion for technology and unique ability for creative problem solving also ensures that we delight our clients with great solutions.
		Jim McDowell Jim joined Aveon in early 2007 and heads our sales and business development efforts. He has held senior sales and sales management positions in a career that spans over 20 years with some of America’s largest and most successful high technology companies including IBM, JD Edwards, AT&T, and Control Data. His primary focus is building relationships with architects, interior designers and home builders. Jim's professional background, experience and style are well suited for promoting Aveon's mission and raising the bar of expectations.

OUR COMMITMENT

We know how trying it can be having contractors work in your home and we strive to set new standards for excellence.  Most of the time problems arise when expectations and promises are not met and the customer is not informed until its too late. We'll work with you up-front to set expectations properly and to specify all services and equipment in a clearly written planning document or work order. If we discover a problem or something that wasn't considered, we'll tell you about it right way so we can work out a mutual solution.
