Control4 Rescue Program

We're proud of our track record and confident in the Control4 systems we design and deliver for our customers. If you've had a less than satisfying experience or want to get more from a Control4 system installed by another dealer, we can probably help. We can't work miracles, but rest assured the Control4 products are rock solid; usually any problems are the direct result of sloppy wiring and AV installation work, improper system design, and simple lack of experience.

Our clients are proud of their homes and we work hard to make them proud of the Control4 systems we install. Are you in need of rescue?  Over the past two years we've performed rescue work for dozens of homeowners and now count them among our satisfied customers. 

 

Our approach for rescue work is straightforward. We first conduct an onsite assessment to discuss your expectations, inventory system components, and test current levels of functionality.  From this assessment, we identify problems and document our findings and recommendations in a short, informally written report that also includes cost estimates for any additional equipment, parts and labor to bring the system up to our standards.
